Syracuse, NY — A second man was ticketed Friday following a two-vehicle rollover crash, Syracuse police said.
Giovanni Storms, 28, of Syracuse was ticketed for disobeying a stop sign and imprudent speed.
Around noon, a Pontiac Montana driven by Storms exited lower Onondaga Park and drove into the path of a Chevy Lumina driven by Duran Jackson, 19, who was traveling southbound on Rich Street, police said.
Jackson and a 17-year-old girl, who was in the car with him, were not injured. Storms was out of the vehicle when police arrived and complained of leg pain. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital as a precautionary measure, police said.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Jackson was ticketed for unlicensed operation. Both Jackson and Storms will appear in Syracuse City Traffic Court at a later date.
