Deputies investigate shootings in Belle Glade

BELLE GLADE, Fla. — The search continues for at least one shooting suspect in Belle Glade.

Two victims, twins, both with gunshot wounds were Trauma Hawked to Delray Medical Center, one had life-threatening injuries.

This started after 1:00 Friday morning when one of the victims crashed his car into the side of a building after being shot while driving.

Residents are not surprised by the violence.

Lessley Laidler/Resident: I’m scared, I don’t argue with anybody, but you could walk down the road and get shot by accident it has gotten worse around here it’s real bad around here they need to catch these guys with the guns.

BELLE GLADE, Fla. — Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating two shooting scenes in Belle Glade.The first scene is at Southwest 6th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd the other scene is at Southwest 5th Street and Avenue B. Crews were called to the area shortly after 1 a.m. Two people were taken to Delray Medical Center, their conditions are unknown.
